Hi peeps..it has been 2 days since i attended the call centre course at Orchard Plaza..to work in HDB its compulsory to attend this course even the old staff have to attend..the course is abt customer service and how u handle all kinds of call and also learn abt HDB policy..there are 20 of us in the class all ladies..make new friends with them and they are nice people..my partner is NorAishah she is 22yrs old young and sweet lady of very few words..don't know why im always fated the be with the young girls..the course is from 9 am to 5 pm..i can't fast cos women problem lah and im down with cough..Lucky we have a good trainer Nancy and Quek..they are very funny so the class is not boring..I learnt that i will posted to one of the branch office but don't know where yet..most of them will be working at the Hub itself..haiyo im scared lah don't know how the staff there..if they bully me how..i cry hah?? Never mind lah i leave it to Allah to help me cope with the new job hopefully im able to perform..its a six month contract no benefit nothing sey and we are paid hourly..kesian kan..my daughter know how to ask me for handphone lah wat lah..does she know or not what i've been through..i learnt from her that my ex is going to have another baby..kelakarkan anak2 yg ada pun tak kasi cukup makan nak beranak lagi..hmmm don't know what he is thinking..yg Jan pulak nowadays rajin overtime..another one don't know what he is up to..malas nak think about this people better concentrate on my new career.

In my class there is this lady Noraini..she is Malay but she speaks with heavy American accent..at first i thought she is not Malay maybe Filipino..after knowing her she said she live in UK for 7 yrs and since then she adapt to th accent..hahahah but she really has a sexy voice..as for KIM she stays in Dubai for 20 yrs and now she comes back to Singapore for good..interesting right my class..i enjoyed them already.

Ok lah im want to take my cough mixture and have a good rest..2moro another day at Ochard Plaza..Fitri went to Tarawih with his friends..good lah at least he learn eh..gd nite all.
